Founder / Executive Director
Immelda is a visionary leader with over 25 years of local and international experience in the NGO and corporate sectors. She specialises in governance, risk profiling, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication, consistently driving accountability and sustainable impact.
As the Founder and Executive Director of SWOT Forensic Analysis Consulting, Immelda has built a reputation for integrity-driven consulting, helping organisations uncover risk, strengthen governance, and embed procurement integrity into operations. Her career spans leadership roles in South Africa and abroad, including corporate governance consulting, program evaluation, and international CSR initiatives in Ghana and China. She has served on multiple executive boards and advisory committees.
She has successfully partnered with government, academia, and NGOs to design sustainable frameworks that promote accountability, transparency, and resilience.
Beyond her corporate and governance expertise, Immelda has been a passionate advocate for the rights of children, dedicating much of her career to advancing dignity, protection, and inclusion for vulnerable communities. She has further leveraged radio and media platforms to raise awareness, strengthen public accountability, and amplify voices for social change, cementing her reputation as a leader committed to transparency, ethical leadership, and sustainable impact.
Key Expertise
Director Supply Chain & Procurement
Kevin brings 28 years of senior supply chain, procurement, and operations leadership to SWOT Forensics Analysis Consulting, with executive experience spanning mining, industrial manufacturing, testing and certification, and financial services.
Prior to SWOT Forensics, Kevin held Chief Procurement Officer roles at SGS (Africa) and Bühler Group, where he led multi-country procurement functions, built shared-services and governance models later adopted globally, and delivered multi-million-dollar savings through disciplined cost and process management. He has led procurement transformations across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, including building an African Shared Services model, which was later rolled out worldwide within the group. As Head of Logistics at Rio Tinto, he received a Corporate Governance Award for identifying and dismantling supplier fraud in Ghana, implementing a new procurement policy in its place.
His procurement leadership consistently paired cost performance with compliance: building B-BBEE and Enterprise Supplier Development programmes, achieving Level 2 B-BBEE status for Multinational Companies, and developing previously disadvantaged and Black Women-owned SMEs.
He brings hands-on fluency in SAP, Oracle, and Syspro and has personally led governance investigations into supplier fraud.
